If you are out riding long the Lions walk on the Taupo lake front, please remember that it is a shared path. We have received a few complaints from some of Taupo's older residents about cyclists scaring and forcing walkers off the path. Whether this is the case or not, please ensure that you share this path with care and courtesy and adjust your speed to ensure that you are not impacting on the enjoyment of others using the path. It is an awesome asset and we would hate to lose it's use as a result of the actions of a few.
