GENERAL BUSINESS.

a) See Saw at Wairakei

There was a death when a 61 year old Australian man fell off the small see saw and severed his spinal cord. He was on a guided ride. Bike Taupo has met all its requirements. After some discussion it was decided that out of respect for this man and for moral reasons, that the see saw would be removed and replaced with a ramp. It would be investigated to place an easy see saw somewhere else in the skills area. Design and placement would need to be discussed and thought about.

Meeting Closed: 9:15pm

Next Meeting: Tuesday 25 January 2011 at Plateau Bar.

Signed as a true and correct record
