The Oxfam Trailwalker event this weekend (14-15 April) will be using a number of tracks in the Wairakei Park including:

• the track up from Huka Falls to Hub Café (7am Sat - 8am Sun)
• Tunnel Track under SH1 (7am Sat - 7am Sun)
• Powerline Road and Q-line Road (8am Sat-1pm Sat)
• Fast Eddy and Bumble Bee (8am Sat-1pm Sat)

If you can  please keep off the Fast Eddy and Bumble Bee on Saturday morning, and  expect a lot of walkers and runners (1000+) in the tunnel over the 24 hour period.
