Thank you for the donations...

Thank You

... to everyone who supported us with donations during the Free Sausage Sizzle over Pack and Pedals Opening Weekend.

Every bit helps, as we do maintenance to fit our budget, so the more money we have available, the better the track system will be maintained.

If you still have any spare change after the holidays, feel free to share.

Pump Track Build Day

You got to pump it!

Great News, Taupo District Council has given the go ahead to build a pump track in Spa Park.

The Taupo Mountainbike club have been working with the council over the last few months to get permission to build the first public pump track in Taupo.

We are looking for volunteers to help with the building on Sat 29th/Sun 30th of May.

What you will need is, Spade/Shovel, wheelbarrow(if you have one), rake and an eye for detail. Also, machinery will be working so earplugs would be a good idea. We will have groups working certain areas to make things run smoothly.

A digger has been hired and wackers for compacting the pumice have been arranged also.

For those keen to help out on Sat/Sun please give Carwyn a call on 0274 711 727.

If you have not ridden a pump track, give it a go. An awesome workout and will enhance your riding skills also.
