FOR USERS OF CRATERS MTB PARK

1. All users must be members of Bike Taupō and display their current membership tag.
2. You are responsible for your own safety on the tracks. Show consideration for other track users and travel in the correct direction on all one-way tracks.
3. Read and observe all warning signs. Stay on the tracks and do not use any tracks that are taped off.
4. All rubbish must be removed.
5. All powered vehicles are prohibited.
6. No smoking or fires allowed.
7. Do not damage, cut or remove any vegetation.
8. Dogs must be kept under close control at all times and must not become a safety hazard for other users. Please remove your dog's poos.
9. No horses are allowed on bike tracks.
10. Usage of the tracks is at your own risk. Bike Taupō will not be responsible for any injury,damage or cost you may suffer or incur.
11. You must exercise caution and not ride tracks that are beyond your level of ability.

Privacy

The privacy of your customer data, orders and credit cards are important to us. We will not disclose or sell your customer data to any third party. We will only send you email newsletters if you explicitly opt in. Credit card details are not stored anywhere on our servers nor in our premises. Your credit card details are processed in real time by an independent payment gateway authorised by our bank, using secure encryption.

Delivery Times

We will process your order within 2 business day following payment in cleared funds. Payment by online banking cannot be checked until the next business day. We will send you an email notifying you when your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 3 days for delivery domestically, or 1 week internationally.
